Our Team
We operate in a completely different way than any other agents in the greater Washington DC metro area. Each team member has a specific role to play in the selling of your home
Leona Chan, CPA, MBA, Operating Principal, Listing Specialist
n A graduate from Cornell University with an educational and corporate background in marketing and strategy, Leona is an expert, creator and implementer of innovative ideas and strategies. She develops aggressive marketing campaign to sell your home quickly and for top dollars with the least amount of hassle to you. She reviews and negotiates contract terms to protect sellers’ interests.
Leona is active in the business community. A graduate of Leadership Fairfax Institute (LFI), she serves in the recruiting committee of LFI. She takes on leadership roles at the Rotary Club of Dunn Loring and at the Herndon Business Exchange of Business Network International (BNI). She also teaches real estate related courses to agents and the public.
Michael Huang, Principal Broker, Buyer Specialist
n A graduate from George Washington University, Michael works with buyers and investors to insure a “stress free” home buying experience using his specialized knowledge of property development and construction. He also provides our home sellers with up-to-date competitive information on their home. Because he talks to hundreds of potential buyers, he is able to give our sellers a buyer’s view of their home. As a broker, he reviews contracts, trains and mentors other agents in the office.
Michael is the Vice Chair of the Chinese Forum of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR). He holds active broker licenses for Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Cynthia Zhu, MS, Credit analyst
n Having a master’s degree in Accounting, Cynthia's experience from Pricewaterhouse Coopers has been a valuable asset to us. She is a meticulous and goal oriented individual. She's been responsible for managing accounts for several rental properties and coordinating with various vendors such as appraisers, home inspectors, lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth transition from contract ratification right up to settlement.
