The story of Kirin Realty begins with Michael Huang and Leona Chan - long before the birth of this firm. Both have extensive corporate backgrounds with Fortune 100 companies and deep real estate experience with Michael’s co-founding and successful ownership of the Keller William Realty’s Reston/Herndon office. In 2009, they decided to join forces and create an independent real estate brokerage firm where quality of business conduct is paramount. Together, Michael and Leona bring over 20 years of real estate experience and represent a new breed of real estate professionals. Kirin Realty is licensed in Virginia, DC and Maryland and currently serves a diverse demographic represented in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.
