Our Consultants have superior people skills, strong professional ethics, is goal-oriented and must be willing to work on a flexible schedule. As a member of the team, Consultant responsibilities include but not limited to, guiding clients through a full-cycle real estate transactions process; from house-hunting with buyers, to preparing property for sale, to facilitating the settlement process. Typical duties will include preparing comparative market analysis, qualify prospective clients, hosting open house events, marketing properties, providing tips, and advocating for clients’ best interests. Compensation is commissioned-based and highly rewarding.
