Job description:
Represent the interests of either the seller or the buyer in a real estate transaction. Work scope includes interviewing and qualifying prospective clients. As a buyer agent, you will understand client’s home search criteria, research property listings, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and prepare real estate contracts. You will also provide expertise regarding contract terms and negotiate on behalf of clients.
As a seller’s agent, you will assist in the sale of the home by providing marketing and negotiating expertise. You qualify the buyers and coordinate with different vendors to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing.
Typical duties are:
ð Helping clients determine the value of property they want to sell / buy
ð Preparing market analysis statistics
ð Providing tips to help sellers stage property so that it will appeal to buyers
ð Advertising listed property to other Realtors and potential buyers
ð Hosting open house events
ð Educating sellers about disclosure requirements
ð Facilitating the closing process on behalf of clients

Compensation:
The pay is entirely commission based. The amount you will make depends on your effort and time investment. Sky is the limit!
